The king of Nigori Sake. From the birthplace, Japan’s top Nigori Sake (unfiltered sake) brewer, Kikusui. Perfect Snow is a white, cloudy sake reminiscent of pure snow, with a crisp, dynamic flavor despite its sweet, full-bodied palate.
Ingredients
2 oz Perfect Snow Nigori (adjust more or less to taste)
2 oz Passion fruit juice
Chamoy
Tanjin
Ice (USE ICE COLD NIGORI AND JUICE if you are not adding ice.)
Lime
Directions
Step 1
Rim glass with chamoy and tajin. (Optional: add ice to glass after rimming.)
Step 2
Pour in equal amounts of Perfect Snow Nigori and Passion Fruit juice.
Step 3
Squeeze a quarter of a lime into the glass.
Step 4
Stir to combine.
Step 5
Garnish with a lime wedge
