Suigei Kaju 39 Yuzu is a refreshing, premium sake-based liqueur from Kochi, Japan, containing 39% blended citrus juice (Yuzu, Konatsu, and Naoshichi). It offers a vibrant, tangy, and juicy flavor profile with a balance of high-acid citrus and natural sweetness, featuring bright aromas and a clean, crisp finish.

Ingredients
Ingredients (1 serving)
3 oz yuzu sake liqueur
2–3 small apple chunks
A short sprig of fresh rosemary
Ice
Garnish: apple slice + rosemary sprig
Optional: Add 0.5 oz apple juice and/or 0.25 oz lemon juice for a fun, fruit-punch kick.

Directions
Step 1
Pour in yuzu sake liqueur in a container and infused with apple and rosemary for a few hours before serving. As mentioned, you can also add apple juice and lemon juice.
Step 2
Add ice to a glass.
Step 3
Pour the rosemary infused yuzu sake liqueur and stir gently.
Step 4
Garnish with an apple slice and a fresh rosemary sprig.
